Dated April 17 Claim no: JD/HGB-0202. Prize claim/final notification. It goes on to say (the jist of it) that I won $150,000.00 from a total prize winning pool of $3 million US dollars, w / 19 other prize winners. Drawn from 50,000 names in US, CA, UK. It included a envelope a real check for $3990.00, dated April 17 drawn from SVB Silicon Valley Bank, 3003 Tasman Dr. Santa Clara, CA 95054 routing # 90-4039-1211. Check number 11847. From the account of AIRES PH.inC. 4365 Executive Drive, Suite 1500 San Diego, CA 92121-2129. The check is signed by Rebecca Hall. The numbers at very bottom of check are 011847 12114039 3300531493. It states this check is to expedite the processing... & for my payment of any applicable Government taxes on my big winnings. Government taxes can NOT be deducted from the winning amount because of the insurance policy coverage. The tax amount of $1995.00 US to be paid directly to the tax agent. The letter states I am to call Claim agent Lloyd Lewis 1-905-598-5410. Body of letter also states "Please do not attempt to use this check until you call.
