Company says you can have a passport in 24hrs, but doesn't say you still have to go through the post office to get a Passport. Not until they take you're money. I needed a passport in 2weeks for work. Every Post office in my area were backed up for at least 2months or more being it was the summer, and a lot people were applying for passports. Reason why i used Passport123 to get a passport. After finding out Passport123 couldn't do anything for me, because they needed the Post Office to process my paper work. N other words you pay these guys money to mail you're paper work to Government. (Something you can do on your own) I told them i couldn't used the Post office, because it was a 2month wait. They told me they couldn't refund my money or the 24hr shipping plan i payed for, and hung up in my face. They got payed $204.95 in one minute for not doing anything!!! Scam
