According to the travel. Usa. Gov website and the actual times at the post office, this location is open on Thursdays from 9am - 1pm for passports. I made a long line to only be told to go to the back and look for Indira who had been called to the back for a phone call and when I did she told me she couldn't help me because only two people were working.in reality there were 3 and the whole time she was in the back anyway. I was not serviced because they didn't feel like helping me. I know this for a fact because when the first worker told me to as for Indira she told me there may be an issue because something happened to the system this morning, I was the first one there for a passport! How on earth would they know! Everyone there was very unprofessional, rude and slow and need some ethics when dealing with customers rather that talk about customers as they are leaving the post office.
