I was offered a payoff in my bill in 4/20 13 the total bill was385.85 an downin another box it said i can pay the 273.74 and that was apromotional pay out then i get another bill for 54.57 so i paid it thinking im closing out my bill they gave me some false info at store that that would end my bill i cant exlain to good but i feel it was a bait an switch to get me to pay the bill in full an i have not got any rewards yet im finish with thih co. And capital one please help me. If you need paper works i can send copys. Im a senior on alimited income thank you. Ms. Parham
