Ripoff got a letter from them telling us that we owe a bill $1,378, 18 that they had purchased it from key bank I knew that we did not owe this bill

We got this letter from them telling us that we owe this bill of $1,378, 18 we knew that we do not owe this bill or any other bill. I tried to call them. But couldnt get ahold of them. Then we sent them a letter. Havent heard from that yet. Got hold of key bank. Of course we dont owe the bill but they werent a lot of help eather. Any bills that we did owe to key banks was paid long time ago
