We have been receiving paper bills which we pay promptly. Suddenly we had a bill that showed we had not paid the month before. What? We never received the bill. My husband went ahead and paid the bill in full, just in case it was an error on our part. Last night I was thinking, "have we rec's our bill?" and my husband asked me this morning if we had. Since we both are wondering, he is going to the store. We do not want to be socked again. He says he will quit the card if this does not stop happening. He wonders if Kohl's is doing this to make extra money. I just do not understand why our bills are suddenly going south.
