I got a notice in the mail from Corporate Business Filings saying I had to file my statement and pay the $225 and if it wasnt done by april 15 I would have to pay a $250 late fee. I already filed my statement of Information and paid whatever fee it did cause months ago, came on the internet to find a phone # for the company and complain, then found out its apparently a scam. Thank you to everyone else who posted, and hopefully nobody else falls for this scam!
