This Corporate Business Filings is a big scam. They sent a one page notice to file Statement of Information by paying $225. It looks very much like a government document with legal sections and clauses mentioned. It is unbelievable that they also have my LLC number, company name and address mentioned on the doc. Before paying the said amount and filing the doc, I checked with my third party legal team and was shocked to know that this doc is a scam. I wanted to recheck and googled about it, but got no information on Corporate Business Filings other than this scambook. I am trying to let the related government authority know about this scam company and make authorities take action on this company and people involved in this.
