I paid 50.00 to have three months calls from my loved one. I rceived one email and a phone advising me to give my loved one the local number that I was given. The number was never activated. When she was moved to another facility I emailed and advised the company of such, advised them that the number hadn't been activated and also requested another local number. I have not gotten a response. I later emailed and request full refund as I was not getting services in which I paid for. I got an email advising extendingto 5/18, but the service hasn't been activated! I haven't heard from any since.
