We contacted "technical support today" with a problem, and they pretended to be an official tech support, a free service. They asked for access to my computer, which i allowed, and then told me I had a trojan. I became suspicious and hung up. I've found out since that then the next step would have been to ask for money for repairs.
I immediately took my computer to Apple, with no "trojans" diagnosis. They are definitely a scam company.
