I was having trouble with my e-mail so I thought I was calling AOL beacuse Technical Support Today was listed under AOL so I thought they were part if AOL and wen I asked they said they were. I was in a hurry so when they looked at my e-mail I thought I was talking to AOL but at the end after being on line with them they said I had a trojan that came from another country. That scared me and they said i needed to take care of it right away or my bank information will be stolen. I asked several times if this was AOL and they said they worked with AOL so I thought they were hired by AOL to do the technical support. Can you tell me if that is so. I am so scared I made a big mistake. They want me to call every month so they can do any updates. I called 1-855-826-6765 and talked to Jessica Brown at ext 303. After she said I had a tojan she transferred me to a higher tech to fix the problem. This all started around 10:00 AM and they finished around 2: oo PM At the end we were talking about the weather and I found out he was in India doing all this. That is why I am so scared. Please help.
