The company was recommended by Women's Health magazine, who testified to their good service, legitimacy and low costs.
The site had a toll free 0800 number, and all pricing was in rands.
The advertisement priced the product at a three month supply at R259 each plus one month free. It also stated that there was FREE SHIPMENT. This amounts to R777. HOWEVER I was billed R1400.16! This is false advertising!
I immediately e-mailed the company twice to cancel the order and instruct a refund. I am waiting for a response. Both emails returned a successful delivery notification. I then contacted the call centre, in which the assistance told me to call back in four hours. Even when I asked if it is likely that they will cancel the order, all she would say is "call back in four hours"
This a a huge and I would love to know how they got Women's Health on board. I will be taking legal advice should no response or refund be received.
