I originally purchased 6 months service from mytechhelp for my mother for $119.00 the apple computer had a lot of bubs which were not dealt with at the store when purrchased. A day or two after I tryed to have my visa card refunded with no cooperation from this company. Later I realized they double charged me making the charge 256.00. I had originally sent a writen letter explaning that under the cirrcunstances that their services wouldn't be needed and couldn't be used anyway. Then to charge me double the amount and more with interest; how do do they get away with this fraud? Now I've sent them an email, talked to visa and about to talk to BBB. What more can I do.
