Recurring charges to my credit card - I never signed up for monthly charges. Cannot find anyone over the phone that speaks English to get it cancelled. On hold for almost an hour, cut off numerous times. For a tech company, they have a pretty poor phone system & web page. I am disputing it with my credit card company.
