The same scheme here in Germany. Agressive marketing (advertised together with PuraSilk, which officially comes from a separate company named PuraSilk but shares the same US postal adress) with links to "free" trial packages. The links point to a Company website written in German where it is stated that you have to pay only about 5 $ for handling & shipping of the "free" 14 day trial product. There is no hint or mentioning of the small print hiding in the terms & conditions form (German: AGB) that state that:
1) the trial is not free any more if you do not send it back within 14 days and the full price of 99 $ will be charged to your credit card and
2) the trial will automatically be converted into a monthly subscription (again, full price)
Of course, there is no further documentation after your first order informing you about these facts (e.G. Via mail), and apart from the shipping costs from your first (and, actually, only) order you will never obtain something like a bill (either with or without a follow-up delivery) that might alert you to the fact that you unwittingly payed a lot of money and would prompt you to stop this as fast as possible.
Of course, sending the products back and getting a refund is also impossible - you need a RMA that you can only get through their call center agents (if you are able to reach them - and what are the costs of these conversations?) but, as they will tell you, sending the product back is not possible because subscriptions are running through an "autoseller" program and are principally excluded from this option.
Beware of this Company which also sells other cosmetic and diet products under different company names (but always with the same postal address: 2500 E. Imperial Hwy, Suite 201-273, Brea, CA 92821)
