I ordered for free trial products of Bellagenix and Purasilk. Postal charges will apply for sending out products. Within the trial period was billed $99.95 for each of the products. The products were not yet received and I was already billed for them. Last week I received another batch of Bellagenix and Purasilk. I did not order these, so I did not open them and called their customer care USA direct 518-907-4192 for a RMA # (return merchandise authorization) needed for a refund refund to be attached to the returned products. But was refused because of the so called autoship program (which I am unaware of). They alleged the products should be cancelled or returned within 7-days. Mind you I am from Asia and it took almost 3 weeks for the products to be sent. The trial products did not have any letter/notice informing me of such. If I was properly informed I could have cancelled. Now I was informed I am being charged for the 2nd shipment of products (I still have not received my credit card statement). Tom, the customer care rep refused to give me the RMA Nos. Which will facilitate the refund. I am sad that this company can get away with such marketing strategies.
