I have various complaints dealing with this company. When I first came to them I gave them 500.00. They stated it was for the grave yard which was not sent to them months later. Then I gave a 1000.00 she states for deposit for the head stone yard plat. Then she stated she needed 600.00 for the completion of the stone and the color. She told me 1600.00 after I signed the recepit she but 1682. Oo I was not aware of the extra 82.00 until some time later, I looked at the receipt. I specifally stated I did not like the color gray, and I I wanted brown. When my famly went on April 13 there was a gray stone on my husbands grave. I have been so davasated I couldn't even talk.
I feel she did this on purpose so she could con me out of more money to change the color which I paid her for. This 1682. Oo was paid in full in Februay or the first of March, she stated the ground was wet and could not do the job in feb or march. When I complainded she ask me to give her more time and I did. Now it is another game with her. I want a decent head stone and the color brown that I paid for I don't want to hear any thing else. On my receipt the color brown is written on the contract. This has been a nightmare and grave matter.
