Eight and a half hours and my hair colored 4 different times!!! Just for them to highlight my roots blonde!!! This was outragerous!!!
I went to Fantastic Sams in Smithfield, NC about 2 weeks ago. I had the worst experience in my life with my hair. They normally trim it, but not color it, but I decided to give them a try!!! I only let my cousin do itcolor my hair b/c I am curious over my hair I just don't trust people coloring it. I only let my cuz, which was the manger of the 40/42 Garner Store in NC color my hair. Her name is Tracie she worked there for yrs that is how I got in to going to fantastic Sams. She does a awesome job. Anyway my natural color is brown. I had my hair brown underneath and highlighted blonde on top. Tracie no longer wks with fantastic sams she had surgery on her hand about 5 months ago probably. Well I had been waiting for her to color my hair. She had surgery, then there come the healing time so it had been a while since my roots had been colored by her anyway, then with all of that with her that was just another 4 months or so. My hair looked so bad my roots were probably 2 inches long. Well I decide to go to fantastic sams and this is were it all began. I only wanted my roots highlighted thats it. Nothing else not alot of color just my roots highlighted. Well I sat in that place for 8.5 hours and had my her colored 4 times if not, b/c they kept messing up my hair color. They did not know what to do. Eight and half hrs later after my hair had been foiled, not right then a toner put on it, then not right b/c at this point I looked like a leapord with orange, brown, and yellow hair. I had a fit I was so upset b/c it has took me about 3 years to get my hair back long and it is half way down my back and very healthy the last thing I want is someone messing my hair up were I have to cut it off. Well I looked like a leapord, then they decided well maybe if we put it through a cap and put brown back in it, then it may come out right. So then I had my hair highlighted brown, it still looked terrible so I finally told them to just die my hair brown all over back to its natural color and let me go. I was tired of being there, I was tired of having my head jerked arround, tired of sitting under the dryer, and so scared my hair was burnt. So I went from having my roots highlighted, to going through hell and coming out of their with brown hair. Plus i had to pay and I don't know about everybody else but I don't think I should have had to pay, but I will never go back their again. I am sitting here with brown hair and I am still very pissed off... Someone please contact me once this review is read!!! B/c I do wan to speak to someone!!!
