My daughter wanted dark brown hair with teal bangs. After 5 hours, she had gray bangs and they didn't do the brown color.
I stopped payment but then later sent money to cover the haircut only with a letter stating that I refuse to pay for the gray hair or the brown color that was not done. They had charged me for the brown color and even acknowledged on the phone that they had overcharged me.
Later they sued me. They lied to the judge and said they didn't know that she wanted brown color and that the charges were because her hair was thick!
The judge sided with them. He didn't listen to me at all. Everyone told me that he always sides with the business even when they are clearly in the wrong.
I am ordered to pay all of the charges including the brown hair color that they never did along with the gray bangs that were supposed to be teal. I am so angry and have realized the hard way the customer is not always right!
