Client owed Taxes, so in the E-File A Form Payment was included in return, for a direct debit from a bank account. The payment was never made from the bank account. I did a program update today, April 19 and it included an update that corrected:
"Resolves issue in which payment information was not included in efile."
GREAT! Now my client is late in paying their amount due, possibly incurring penalties and interest.
I called TRX and they said client should mail in payment to IRS!
Does this Program's problems never end. I am at the end of my rope!
