A Family member was intersted in buying a house. They were refered to a person who aproves loans who then refered to a consulting firm who is not a credit repair comany but has successfully helped many improve thier credit in a short amount of time.
This company has after send a contract and argeeing to a set payment arrangement withdrawn 3 payments in one month. Also when trying to contact this frim the number was not in service.
After filing an invisigation against the payments did they get a responce.
Now company is saying that client was refunded when bank statements say they were not, they said they were going to sue when they did not even complete the job. They will no longer take calls from client and now are saying that they are going to reverise what they did. Payment was taken out 3 times in one month, they said they fired that person.
But still do not have payment. Client dosen't deni that they deserve payment. But clients records say they recieved payment in full.
