John Deere Lawn Tractor Ordered Online Stuck at Wrong Dealer

I purchased a John Deere lawn tractor on homedepot.com. They sent it to a John Deere dealer who does not deal with Home Depot web sales. They will not release the tractor, perform the predelivery inspection, or deliver it as per the purchase agreement.

It will sit there until my grass is too high to cut.
