Remington 7-in-1 Order Delayed 14 Days, No Contact About Stock

Een 14 days and still ain't heard a single word from them, called them up, they replied "we are having issues with the stock" so I replied "why didn't you email me or contact me to let me know" he replied "you will get the email soon".. All I can say is that I'm very disappointed and nothing else to say.
