I purchased two luxury sailing vouchers from Groupon. On the day the yacht we booked for was not provided, instead we went on a lot older and smaller boat that returned to harbour 1.25 hours early. The vouchers cost a total of £150. On complaint we were offered a £5 voucher that had to be used within 6 months. I replied this was unacceptable and want all £150 back. Since that time I have sent 5 emails to [email protected] with no reply at all. What do I do next??
