NAPA Auto Parts Poor Customer Service

I recently went to the NAPA store on Eureka RD in Romulus MI the guy behind the counter whose name is Mitch was very unperfessional he was talking to another customer who had finished his purchase i stood there like 5 minutes while they just talked it up the other guy behind the counter was on the phone so i had to wait on Mitch when the guy he was talking to finally left Mitch just had a real bad attitude he didnt ask may i help u or anything i should of walked out then but i figured i waited all this time what the heck i asked for a serpentine belt for my car it turned out to be the wrong size so i took it back he gave me another one it was the wrong size so finally on the third try i gave up for the day i took it back the next day and asked for a refund Mitch was there again he was rude and had the same attitude towards me again when he gave me my refund he just threw the credit card on the counter i took my recipt and walked out im never going back to napa again they need to teach their staff how to deal with the public
