I paid $36.75 plus tax to get a group of disk brake parts for my 97 GMC Jimmy in 2000. Bill number 138849. I got the brake parts back today to obtain warrentee substitutes. I had been handled like GARBAGE from the associate supervisor of the shop. I spoke towards the supervisor but he'dnot take some time to examine the wheels and stated there is nothing he might do. I visited Autozone and purchased some brake parts having a genuine Lifetime warrentee for around half the price. I will consider the Autozone brake parts back anytime and obtain them changed. I used about $100 the week before within the NAPA shop and that I was prepared to provide them with more of my company. Today I'll never purchase something from NAPA again simply because they have no idea just how to handle their clients or supply the cost effective for my income. NAPA is just a rip off and that Iam likely to inform everybody I - can to not purchase from NAPA!
