The warranty system is terrible purchased a radiator it started leaking went back to the same store with the same problem now they cant find it in the system it seemed to me they werent trying to help me not even a little would i buy again frm napa not at all. They acted as if i was lying this store is located in houston texas on dairy ashford talked to the manager same results i didnt want to buy at auto zone cause i felt napa would have a better product. Now i wish i had.
