Was not paid for design work

I am sad that I have to write something like this, but I have made a ton of effort to avoid this. I feel I have no choice at this point, and people should know the type of company they are dealing with.

I am a web designer that was contacted by the lead UI/UX designer of this company, Dilruksha Siribanna. She requested that I design their new store. I completed the project 5 months ago, and still have not been paid. I sent a message the CEO of the company, Tim. I was told that he would look into the situation, but since has stopped responding to my emails. They are still previewing my design on their site and social media sites, as well as using part of the design on a live site.

I would avoid this dishonest company.
