Deceptive pricing

I started renting from extra space storage 080 north bergen nj a little over 2 years ago. Since then the price of my storage space has risen 4 times for a total of a 26% increase! Management is indifferent to my shock & dissatisfaction with this exorbitant and ongoing increase and i will be filing a complain with the better business bureau.
