I rented a 5x5 space at the Extra Space Storage on Cheshire Bridge Road in Atlanta. I was offered a great rate to move in! After just 4 months my rate was rasied by $10.00 a month. Crystal the Employee taking my call was so RUDE, she was to busy arguing and stating the "policies" to even listen to what I was saying. If all locations have the same customer service as this one go somewhere else! I am moving my items to public storage, same size unit for 25.00 less a month!
