On the 8th of Apri, a medical transport van came to pick me up for a surgical appt.in Corpus. The van got stuck in my driveway and Apollo Towing was called to get the van out.in the process, the van and the tow trucks tore up my driveway and the tow truck ruined plants and solar lights I had as landscaping around my deck. The transport's van has taken responsibility for the driveway, however, due to the fact that the tow truck caused the landscaping damage, the insurance company of the van refuses to cover that damage. I have spoken to Mike Staff and Dave Resendes, (the owner,) and Apollo Towing refuses to pay for or accept responsibility. They have been very rude in discussing this matter, and at one point, I was hung up on.
