The company I am employed with does a lot of work in the City of Baltimore. On at least 3 occasions where employees working on job sites with City Permits clearly displayed, Greenwood Towing has hi jacked the vehicle on their tow truck, forcing employees to pay cash from $155.00 to $250.00 on the spot to lower the vehicle and not tow vehicle to their facility. The employee pays the ransom because they are told they will have to pay over $500.00 to get out of impound facility. Greenwood Towing and Driveway Service is running a scam in the City of Baltimore and getting away with it. How is this possible?
