A-A towing agreed with my insurer to arrive at my house to tow my wifes vehicle to repair shop, 9:20 am... At 10:30 i called A-A towing and made sure they had directions to our house... 11:30 i called them again... They said they would be here in twenty minutes... All this time, i cannot leave in my truck because wifeys car is blocking driveway... 12:30, called insurance co., and asked them to find out what is wrong... A-A towing denied ever receiving a call from insurer or me... Now they are on the way and will be here in 20 minutes... 1:30 still no service from A-A towing... 2:30 i contacted insurer, and agreed to use another towing service... STAR towing service arrived in 15 minutes, and saved the day... Now i can move my truck, and go about our daily business... A-A towing service is no good...
