I was told to select three different times for my cruise (which I had already made a deposit on) and the summer was blocked - I had been on the Triumph last year and we thought the ship was dirty compared to any other I had ever cruised on so I had no desire to go again - now I find out that you have changed my friends to May 13th on the Magic. I would not have cancelled had I known I could go on a different ship out of Galveston. The Ecstacy was a great ship and I had a number of cruises on it out of Galvbeston but you moved it to New Orleans.
Is there anyway I could get my cruise back on the Magic???
