They wanted us to send them $250 for corporate filing. Looks legit... But not sure. Did some googling and found all this information. I am glad ppl are posting and I am posting as well to warn ppl not to remit the payment.
Be careful. This was a red flag b/c it was sent to me 4-5 days before it was due, 4/15..
Ppl out there are evil... Even when we're a 501c3 organization!
