August 13 I was rear ended by a dui driver and my insurance company (Geico) fought me and the judge violated my constitutional right to trial by juty, the monies I paid for uninsured / under insured warranted me nothing, it is a scam, they do not tell you that you must fight your insurance company to get the funds. Look out for that geico?
