I sent my watch in for repair in August of last year. Croton will not even answer the phone when you call to ask the status of the repair. Only a Message maching. I have left numerour messages and begged for my watch back even if unrepaired, but not one word comes back from them. I have all the paperwork where they state repairs are taking 12 weeks, but we are now at 8 months later and still nothing.
