A year ago I bought a Tag Heuer watch from watches on net, via internet, the watch was late a minute every couple of hours. I called the Company and told them about it, since I had a warranty, they said send it back for repairs, so I did.
They kept my watch for 5 (five) months. After me calling almost every day, they finally sent my watch back, watch still did not work, I called them back and asked what should I do, they said " send back the watch. We will take a look at it" I said I am afraid to do that because they already kept my watch for so long, It is a 1200 dollars watch, so the guy said that he will talk to his superiors to give me my money back or to exchange the watch and that he will call me back, he never did.
When I called them he transferred me to his superior Jessica who said -no refund, no exchange, send the watch back so she can take the look at it (she is the head of repair dept.) (she had the watch already for five months) after I told her about my concerns she became very rude and kept repeating"is there anything else I can do" over and over again.
I called Tag Heuer directly and they told me that this people are not even authorized to sell their watches and for all they know watch could have been altered in every possible way.
It is very sad that companies like that can suck people out of their money without any hesitation making you believe that you are buying a genuine product. (this watch was my anniversary gift for my husband)
Stay away from Watches on Net!!!
