I have a lifetime warrenty on a watch from Croton. I sent it to them last July (have a postal insured mail receipt) spoke to them in Aug. 2012 they confirmed they received it but would take 8-10 wks and it was in the bin for repairs. They had a storm damage there building late last yr & had to move. When I sent it in I was told to send it with the warrenty card and if I had the same box "of which I had all" also to send a check for $15.00 for shipping. I did it all and to this day none of my phone calls or emails are getting any calls back. I have been calling the new place they moved to since this Feb. 2013 and they cashed the check.
No watch, No emailes, Cashed check and no call back. Help-Dee (Personal Information Removed)
