I ordered the free sample online, received the product and canceled 2 days after the product arrived. Somehow missed the return date, called to complain and was told I could get a partial refund as my request was beyond their return time. A charge appeared a month later for 92.13 on my statement. I had returned all the product and received no help when I called the second time. They had no record of my call but had received the returned package. Scam!
