I ordered the 14 day free trial and was charged for $4.95 but never received product. Called them back 2 weeks later to advise that the product never arrived destination and the customer service agent told me that she would send another product free of charge. After receiving the product in a week's time, was surprised that I was charged $79.99. When I called customer service about this situation, was told that after 14 days from date of purchase they will charge me without consulting me. I told him that first of all I never received the product how could I try it in 14 days and when I received the real product which is only 3 days now and I told them that I would not need the product and advised me to return the product to get my refund. The address that was given to me is a POBox # which is difficult to retrace if they have actually received back the product.in this case, decided to keep the product and will advise my bank to refuse any more charge from this company. This is a real scam therefore be careful before ordering any product from internet.
