Payment plan of $250 a month, three daily collection calls and insult

This company made a payment agreement with me to pay 250 a month until arrears were paid off, they keep calling me on a daily basis 3 times a day and harass me for more money, especially after I have already made my payment for the month, this has gone on monthly for the last 6 months, in the last phone call I was called an inappropriate name!
