My account was taken over and had made the last payment on this account when 3 month later I got a call from a verizon stating that I had a balance of 62.52 I explained that this was paid for and went ahead and paid them anyway which they assured me that this wont have an impact on my credit if I made the payment and was not on collection yet I made the payment that day and now I get my credit report and they had reported me not once but 3 times on the same credit agency and my credits score has hurt dramatically and there explanation is that they dont tell the consumer they are taken to collection I have never paid late they had me from calls to calls and have not been able to solve this I will never do business with verizon again with all the money they are making they dont even have a trained employees to handle call they hung up me they are very rude where do they get these people I was transfer to 7 telephone number no knew anything, be careful
