March 28 I ordered two tickets for the Broadway show Motown I was charged $89.00 for each ticket when i received tickets the price stated on each ticket was $57.00 I call an spoke to Jason who said that since the tickets were not the ones that i had order that iwas entitled to a full refund of $233.93 when i arrived at the ticket office that Jason was not there so i spoke to Eric who said that i could only have a refund for the price of the tickets. $178.00 But could not get my money for the misc fee of $40.00 or any of the additional fees charged to my credit card Why am i not entitled to a full refund when the error was that of the company my ticket ORD# I142217
