I placed an order with this company over three weeks ago. Their website promises shipment the same day, or the next day, with 2-5 day delivery. I waited a week, then emailed the company, and got back a reply that I had not made an order with them.
I contacted AlertPay, whom they use for payment, and got back lots of information, including the transaction number, who the payment was forwarded to, etc.
I forwarded the reply with the order details to melanotanus.com, and did not receive a reply for several days. Then, I received a reply asking what to do. I replied, "just ship my order." Silence for days, then I received an email stating that my order had been processed, but won't ship until I send a check or money order.
After reading similar ripoff report on this company, I am now worried I will suffer the same fate.in this report, the buyer was charged a 15% restocking fee... And the order had never been shipped!
