This company needs to be stopped, I started my '14' day trial, i was charged €100 with no authorization just 3 days after i received the sample. At this stage I was furious, I called them and asked for a refund, the customer service rep said that she accidently cancelled my account. As far as I was concerned I was just happy they wouldnt take any more money. I sent an email and phoned them ensure no further products were sent out and no more money would be deducted from my account. To my horror the next day another 100 was deducted from my account for the serum which i never ordered, since then i have been back and forth on the phone to 'managers' who said 1 week ago my money would be back in my account. Some one stop this horrible company!
