(Dates referred to are when money cleared my checking account.) I ordered a free trial pack from Ivorywhite Tools. On the day I ordered it, 10/03, I was charged $1.05. Again on 10/5 a deduction of $7.87 was deducted from my account. Then on 10/11 a third deduction of $78.41 was deducted from my account. I called to complain about the deduction and to cancel this account.
1. I was told I had already cancelled it. 2. I was told that I could not get a refund that the trial period was for 7 days and they charged for the shipment of the complete package after that. 3. I was also told I was not eligible for a refund. I immediately went to my bank and got them involved. My bank rep was not pleased with the person she spoke with. We are sending them all the information regarding this subject so that they can see I infact am eligible for a refund. Whoever cancelled this did it on the 7th day of the 1-week trial period. I don't know what the $1.03 is, but I do know this is a scam because, they sent the trial packet as well as the completed packet in the same shipment.in other words, they sent all this to me knowing they were going to charge me for it no matter what.
