Ordered trial, didn't received it for three weeks, they auto ship in 14 days, called cancelled entire account. Received two more bottles, deducted money from account. When I contacted them they said they couldn't refund the money but I could send it back because they had a 30 day return then they would refund money. Account was cancelled on Nov. 3rd they shipped the bottle on November 11, said they couldn't stop the auto ship. Why not account was cancelled on Nov. 3rd. These trial offers are crap, I will never do one again no matter what company.
