I ordered two sample pots of face cream. One was DermaScience advertised at a price of $6.75 for a sample, and another sample of NuVisage for $6.82. The money was deducted from my account straight away on 20 Jan one amount was from Yourmetabody and the other from Relifxs.com which is fine.
I received the products one on the 9th and one on the 10th of Feb but to my horror two separate amounts of $109.53 and of $97.62 was deducted from my account by Yourmetabody on the 10th of Feb!!!
This is completly false advertising, I NEVER authorized anybody to take more than the initial sample costs at a total of $13.75 from my card. I never would have ordered either of these products if I thought that I would be paying an additional $200 on top of the agreed $13.75 SAMPLE price!
I cannot find contact details for Yourmetabody to raise the complaint. I have had to cancell my credit card so I don't get anymore unauthorized charges.
