The company nmbplatinum has deducted funds from my account twice, well the first time they deducted $99.95 and the second time they deducted $149.95, i did try to set up service with the company but i never finished with the application process, i never even submitted it. They just went into my account without my authorization and just started taking funds. I have another company that i signed up with online and they at least called me to get a third party verification from them and everything but not this company. They just keeping going into my account.
They have taken $249.90 from me with out my permission i dont have any information about them at all they just stole money from me i have sent them and email demanding my funds back, but as you know they chose to ignore them. So if you can help me at all i would be truly grateful. I am a single mother and all my money is accounted for. I work 2 jobs just to make ends meet, so when a company steals from it not only effects me if effects my whole family.
